ESPP Day in New York

Computershare is planning its first-ever educational conference in New York City on Feb. 8, 2018: ESPP Day. This one-day event that will provide practical information on a wide range of employee stock purchase plan topics – what they are, how they work, how to launch your own, tax and expense implications, employee communications, and more.

The day will be broken up into two parts. The morning sessions will focus more on topics for the beginner – ESPP fundamentals, design considerations and how to get your plan up and running. Afternoon topics will be more advanced – tax and expense considerations, expanding your ESPP outside the U.S., and communicating your ESPP to employees. You will be able to sign up for the morning, the afternoon or the full day.
