We offer a full complement of corporate trust services for your bond issue including: FHA/VA, FNMA, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Freddie Mac securitized, SWAPS, recycling note programs, second mortgage bonds, draw-down programs, and credit-enhanced structures.
We serve state and local housing finance agencies that issue tax-exempt and taxable bonds for the purpose of financing and developing both single-family and multifamily mortgage loans and projects.
