Steve is president and CEO of Computershare's U.S. business and is a member of Computershare's global senior executive management group.
He has spearheaded more than 25 acquisitions as part of Computershare's growth strategy in the US, including EquiServe, Georgeson Shareholder Services, Bank of New York Mellon Investor Services Business, Specialized Loan Servicing and the employee stock purchase plan division of Merrill Lynch.
Steve is a member of the Corporate Transfer Association, the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, and the Securities Transfer Association, and was a past member of the executive committee and the board. He serves on the advisory board for the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago and has interests in a variety of organizations that help support autism, homelessness and the needs of children. Steve has also been appointed as a Board member for KEEN New York that helps to empower youth with disabilities.
Nick is CEO for our US Loan Services businesses, with overall responsibility for the management and delivery of the strategic and financial plan for Specialized Loan Servicing, Altavera Mortgage Services, Capital Markets Co-Operative and Property Solutions.
Alongside this, Nick is also CFO for the US; leading finance, accounting and other related services for Computershare in the region.
Nick spent six years with Arthur Anderson after graduating, and lived in both London and Melbourne for the company. He moved on to Rothschild in their Melbourne Venture Capital team before returning to the UK in 2003 and taking up a role as Director of Corporate Development for Computershare’s EMEA business, overseeing more than 20 acquisitions and investments in a variety of countries.
He became CFO, EMEA in 2007 and re-located to the USA in 2014.
Jennifer leads our Issuer Services business in the US, and is responsible for ensuring outstanding service to our clients, as well as the continued growth of the business.
Jennifer is the former head of the US Region for CIBC (the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce) where she worked for 11 years. During the last four of those she led CIBC’s businesses in the US, including broker-dealer operations, wealth management, corporate banking and capital markets.
In addition to her history with CIBC, Jennifer has served in senior legal positions at CIBC as well as Rogers Communications in Canada and also currently serves as corporate director of the Granite Real Estate Investment Trust. She is also an Entrepreneur Mentor with New York City’s Fintech Innovation Lab.
Craig has overall responsibility for the sales and marketing of our compliance-based suite of services for corporate issuers. In this role, he leads the go-to-market strategy for our current and emerging solution offerings to address the ever-changing needs of our clients.
Craig started his career with EquiServe prior to its acquisition by Computershare, and subsequently spent more than a decade with Iron Mountain in various front office transformation roles. Craig's background has provided him with a fundamental understanding of our equity businesses combined with broad expertise in the customer experience field, growing client relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.
As the Executive Vice President of Sales for Computershare's U.S. investor services, corporate actions and employee equity plans, Kevin leads a team of industry experts that deliver innovative solutions for corporate issuers. He also serves as the Executive lead in some of the company's largest client engagements to ensure that clients maximize the value of Computershare's suite of services and technology solutions. Prior to his current role, Kevin was the president of Computershare's U.S. employee equity plans business, in which he lead the development of enhanced services, products and client relationship management. Kevin was also a key member of the integration team of the former BNY Mellon shareowner services business, acquired in 2012 by Computershare.
Kevin's professional affiliations include the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance professionals, where he serves on the Securities Law Committee. He is an active participant in The National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and the Global Equity Organization. Kevin holds a BBA in Marketing from Manhattan College.
Paul Conn started his international financial markets career at the London Stock Exchange in 1979. He joined the Australian Stock Exchange in 1989, holding a number of senior roles including the Head of New Business Development. Paul joined Computershare in 1998, relocated to New York in 2001 and was appointed President of Computershare's Global Capital Markets Group in 2006.
With more than fifteen years of progressive experience in the equity plans industry, Sheila leads Computershare’s U.S. plans business to help clients harness the team’s expertise and simplify the administrative needs of managing an employee equity program.
Prior to this role, Sheila led the U.S. plans client relationship management team that delivered comprehensive solutions for plans recordkeeping, employee mobility tracking, year-end tax reporting and plan participant communications.
Sheila earned her Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification in 2006 and is an active speaker on topics ranging from equity plan design, plan administration, employee participant communications and global legislation such as China SAFE, data privacy, mobility tracking and taxation. Sheila serves on the executive board for the National Association of Stock Plan Providers (NASPP). She was also awarded for her support in the awareness and growth initiatives for the Southern California chapter of the Global Equity Organization (GEO). Sheila earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and an MBA degree from Pepperdine University.
Nancy is executive vice president of human resources and oversees the hiring, retention, training and development of more than 4,000 employees.
Previously, Nancy was Vice President of Human Resources, Merrill Corporation, Investment Company Services.
Nancy is a board member of Kentuckiana Works, a member of the Society of Human Resources Management Association, Illinois Employer's Counsel, and is a certified facilitator for Achieve Global, a leading provider of performance improvement consulting and training services. Nancy has also served on the Education Advocacy Committee for the Society of Human Resource Professionals.
Bill leads our proxy services business and Computershare Fund Services. He has developed and led proxy service organizations since 1990. Under his leadership, Computershare Fund Services became the No. 1 proxy solicitation service provider to the mutual fund industry.
Bill has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, working in various management capacities at BFDS, Bank of Boston, Mellon, PFPC Mutual Fund Services and Alamo Direct.
Carlos is the chief information officer for Computershare, North America. In his current role, he leads the technology staff in the U.S. and Canada to innovate, develop and maintain our technology products.
Carlos held a similar role for five years as the chief information officer for Computershare in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Before Computershare, he held technology roles and did consulting work for companies throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Frank ensures that we consistently deliver high-quality support services to our clients, their shareowners and employee stock plan participants through our global service model.
Previously, Frank led operations for Mellon Investor Services (MIS). He also has more than two decades of successful customer care and BPO expertise. Before heading up MIS operations, Frank managed the MIS Investor Care Network, which included multiple call center operations, e-service delivery, and shareholder relations. Frank’s professional affiliations include the Direct Marketing Association, J.D. Power & Associates CC Champion, APQC and the Incoming Call Management Institute.
Ellen is Head of Compliance in the U.S. Her background includes serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk & Compliance Officer of the American Stock Transfer & Trust Company (AST). There, she directed all corporate compliance and risk functions throughout North America for AST and its affiliated operating entities, including CST Trust Company, Donlin Recano, and D. F. King. Prior to joining AST, Ellen held Senior Counsel roles with the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)/Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Enforcement Department.
Ellen earned a J.D. from St. John’s University and a B.A., Summa Cum Laude from St. Joseph’s College, where she was class valedictorian. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and is a Bar Member of the State of New York. Ellen received Working Mother Magazine’s “Working Mother of the Year Award” in 2013. Born and raised in Brooklyn Heights, N.Y., she now resides in Breezy Point, N.Y. with her husband and two sons. Active in her community, Ellen serves on the Lawyers, Litigation, and Claims and Hearing Committees of her residential cooperative, was Chair of the St. Matthias Catholic Academy Board, and is a past Board member of the Cobble Hill Health Center and Stella Maris High School.
Bill is the chief legal counsel for Computershare in the U.S. He has more than 25 years of experience in legal and compliance leadership roles.
He has served as Vice President and General Counsel of Trane Commercial Systems and Head of Global Corporate Finance Compliance for Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. Other previous service include: AIG, Interpublic Group, GE Capital, Chase Manhattan Bank and the law firm of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton.
