    Steve Rothbloom

    Steve Rothbloom joined Harris Bank in 1986 and was appointed Executive Vice President in 1998. Following Computershare's acquisition of the registry business of Harris Bank in 2000, Steve joined the North American executive team. He was appointed as President of Computershare USA in 2000 and during his tenure so far has overseen significant growth in the company's USA business.

    Craig Alie

    Craig owns the revenue engine for Computershare's global issuer services business. In this role, he leads the revenue management, commercial operations, marketing services and sales and relationship management enablement global centers of excellence. Craig started his career with EquiServe prior to its acquisition by Computershare, and subsequently spent more than a decade with Iron Mountain leading various front office transformation roles. Craig's background has provided him with a fundamental understanding of our equity businesses combined with broad expertise in the customer experience field, growing client relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.

    Ann Bowering

    As Head of Issuer Services US, Ann Bowering is responsible for the leadership, growth and day to day management of the Issuer Services business. Before joining Computershare in 2019, Ann was the Managing Director and CEO of NSX Limited. While there, Ann led the execution of an essential, and very significant restructure of the operations, people and culture, and strategy of the company. Ann has over 20 years’ experience in financial markets. Her expertise in the development and operation of licenced and regulated financial markets stems from her time as a director and CFO of the derivatives exchange Financial & Energy Exchange Limited. She also held senior positions at Lucsan Capital and KPMG, where her roles covered the specialisations of Capital Markets Advisory, Risk Management, and Assurance.

    Alex Brooks

    Alex joined Computershare in 2011 to head up our Communication Services division in the UK. In 2019 he took over the running of the US business and moved to Chicago. With over 25 years’ experience in the marketing and transactional communications industry, prior to Computershare Alex has held senior positions in some of the largest communications companies, including Communisis Plc and St Ives Plc.

    President, Employee Share Plans, North America

    Sheila Frierson, CEP

    With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, coupled with her progressive involvement in the employee equity plans space, Sheila leads Computershare’s North American employee share plans business to help clients harness the team’s expertise and simplify the management of our client’s employee equity compensation programs. Sheila’s leadership in this space gives her a broad range of perspectives and insights when providing guidance and solutions to our front office teams and clients. Sheila is an active speaker in the industry and serves on the Board of Directors for the Global Equity Organization as the Treasurer. In addition Sheila chairs the Board for Computershare’s North American Women4Women Network. Sheila earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and an MBA degree from Pepperdine University.

    Bill leads our proxy services business and Computershare Fund Services. He has developed and led proxy service organizations since 1990. Under his leadership, Computershare Fund Services became the No. 1 proxy solicitation service provider to the mutual fund industry. Bill has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, working in various management capacities at BFDS, Bank of Boston, Mellon, PFPC Mutual Fund Services and Alamo Direct.
  • Frank Madonna

    Integration CEO, Computershare Corporate Trust US

    Frank Madonna

    Frank is Integration CEO responsible for the integration, value and growth of the US corporate trust business which was acquired from Wells Fargo in November 2021 and remains Computershare’s largest acquisition to date. Previously, Frank served as COO of Computershare, a role he has held since he first joined Computershare in 2012 through the acquisition of BNY Mellon Shareowner Services where he was head of operations. As Computershare’s COO, Frank’s accomplishments include the transformation of the global service model to greatly enhance the customer experience and achieve efficiencies. Concurrent with his COO position, Frank also lent his leadership and expertise to fulfill Computershare’s M&A growth strategy by serving as Integration CEO for the Equatex plans management acquisition, Interim CEO for the KCC claims administration business, and COO for the integration of the BNY Mellon Shareowner Services acquisition.

    Ellen McCarthy

    Ellen is Head of Risk & Compliance US and Global Chief Risk Officer Issuer Services. Her background includes serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk & Compliance Officer of the American Stock Transfer & Trust Company (AST). There, she directed all corporate compliance and risk functions throughout North America for AST and its affiliated operating entities, including CST Trust Company, Donlin Recano, and D. F. King. Prior to joining AST, Ellen held Senior Counsel roles with the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)/Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Enforcement Department. Ellen earned a J.D. from St. John’s University and a B.A., Summa Cum Laude from St. Joseph’s College, where she was class valedictorian. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and is a Bar Member of the State of New York. Ellen received Working Mother Magazine’s “Working Mother of the Year Award” in 2013. Born and raised in Brooklyn Heights, N.Y., she now resides in Breezy Point, N.Y. with her husband and two sons. Active in her community, Ellen serves on the Lawyers, Litigation, and Claims and Hearing Committees of her residential cooperative, was Chair of the St. Matthias Catholic Academy Board, and is a past Board member of the Cobble Hill Health Center and Stella Maris High School.

    Bill is the chief legal counsel for Computershare in the U.S. He has more than 25 years of experience in legal and compliance leadership roles.​ He has served as Vice President and General Counsel of Trane Commercial Systems and Head of Global Corporate Finance Compliance for Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. Other previous service include: AIG, Interpublic Group, GE Capital, Chase Manhattan Bank and the law firm of ​Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton.
