Steven R​othbloom

Steve is presid​​en​t and CEO of ​Computershar​e's U.S. business and is a member of Computershare's global senior executive management group.

He has spearheaded more than 25 acquisitions as part of Computershare's growth strategy in the US, including EquiServe, Georgeson Shareholder Services, Bank of New York Mellon Investor Services Business, Specialized Loan Servicing and the employee stock purchase plan division of Merrill Lynch.

Steve is a member of the Corporate Transfer Association, the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, and the Securities Transfer Association, and was a past member of the executive committee and the board. He serves on the advisory board for the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago and has interests in a variety of organizations that help support autism, homelessness and the needs of children. Steve has also been appointed as a Board member for KEEN New York that helps to empower youth with disabilities.

Craig Alie

​Craig brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in developing programs to enhance customer experience and deploy new technologies to improve operations. He spent 15 years with EquiServe prior to its acquisition by Computershare.

He also spent more than a decade with Iron Mountain. Craig's background has provided him with a fundamental understanding of our equity businesses combined with hands-on experience with driving best practices in other industries.

Kevin Brennan

As the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Computershare's U.S. investor services, corporate actions and employee equity plans, Kevin leads a team of industry experts that deliver innovative solutions for corporate issuers. He also serves as the Executive lead in some of the company's largest client engagements to ensure that clients maximize the value of Computershare's suite of services and technology solutions. Prior to his current role, Kevin was the president of Computershare's U.S. employee equity plans business, in which he lead the development of enhanced services, products and client relationship management. Kevin was also a key member of the integration team of the former BNY Mellon shareowner services business, acquired in 2012 by Computershare.

Kevin's professional affiliations include the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance professionals, where he serves on the Securities Law Committee. He is an active participant in The National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and the Global Equity Organization. Kevin holds a BBA in Marketing from Manhattan College.

Paul Conn

Paul Conn started his international financial markets career at the London Stock Exchange in 1979. He joined the Australian Stock Exchange in 1989, holding a number of senior roles including the Head of New Business Development. Paul joined Computershare in 1998, relocated to New York in 2001 and was appointed President of Computershare's Global Capital Markets Group in 2006.

Sheila Frierson, CEP

With more than fifteen years of progressive experience in the equity plans industry, Sheila leads Computershare’s U.S. plans business to help clients harness the team’s expertise and simplify the administrative needs of managing an employee equity program.

Prior to this role, Sheila led the U.S. plans client relationship management team that delivered comprehensive solutions for plans recordkeeping, employee mobility tracking, year-end tax reporting and plan participant communications.

Sheila earned her Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification in 2006 and is an active speaker on topics ranging from equity plan design, plan administration, employee participant communications and global legislation such as China SAFE, data privacy, mobility tracking and taxation. Sheila serves on the executive board for the National Association of Stock Plan Providers (NASPP). She was also awarded for her support in the awareness and growth initiatives for the Southern California chapter of the Global Equity Organization (GEO). Sheila earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and an MBA degree from Pepperdine University.

Nancy Greer

Nancy is executive vice president of human resources and oversees the hiring, retention, training and development of more than 4,000 employees.

Previously, Nancy was Vice President of Human Resources, Merrill Corporation, Investment Company Services.

Nancy is a board member of Kentuckiana Works, a member of the Society of Human Resources Management Association, Illinois Employer's Counsel, and is a certified facilitator for Achieve Global, a leading provider of performance improvement consulting and training services. Nancy has ​​also served on the Education Advocacy Committee for the Society of Human Resource Professionals.

William Jackson

Bill leads our proxy services business and Computershare Fund Services. He has developed and led proxy service organizations since 1990. Under his leadership, Computershare Fund Services became the No. 1 proxy solicitation service provider to the mutual fund industry.

Bill has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, working in various management capacities at BFDS, Bank of Boston, Mellon, PFPC Mutual Fund Services and Alamo Direct.

Carlos Leira

Carlos is the chief information officer for Computershare, North America. In his current role, he leads the technology staff in the U.S. and Canada to innovate, develop and maintain our technology products.

Carlos held a similar role for five years as the chief information officer for Computershare in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Before Computershare, he held technology roles and did consulting work for companies throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. ​

Frank Madonna

Frank ensures that we consistently deliver high-quality support services to our clients, their shareowners and employee stock plan participants through our global service model.

Previously, Frank led operations for Mellon Investor Services (MIS). He also has more than two decades of successful customer care and BPO expertise. Before heading up MIS operations, Frank managed the MIS Investor Care Network, which included multiple call center operations, e-service delivery, and shareholder relations. Frank’s professional affiliations include the Direct Marketing Association, J.D. Power & Associates CC Champion, APQC and the Incoming Call Management Institute.

Jay McHale

Jay is president of Computershare's equity services business, which includes client support and product development for transfer agency, escrow, unclaimed property, private markets and corporate actions. He is charged with building upon Computershare's excellence in the transfer agent and equity compensation industry.

Prior to joining Computershare in August 2007, Jay was the Chief Operations Officer for Harris Investment Management, a $17 billion multi-strategy investment management firm. Jay serves on the board of Action for Healthy Kids, a national not-for-profit and volunteer network fighting childhood obesity and undernourishment, as well as on the advisory board of directors for the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago.

Bernie O'Connor

As president of Computershare Communication Services, Bernie oversees the print, mail and digital delivery of customer communications and compliance services and solutions.

Bernie began his career at what was then Chase Manhattan Bank and their asset product management division, eventually moving to American Bank Stationery where he led several financial services-focused business development teams in the highly competitive northeast region.

Nick Oldfield

Nick leads finance, accounting and other related services for Computershare. His years of experience have helped him identify ways that we can invest in the business while reducing costs in order​ to support the company's growth.

Nick joined Computershare in 2003, initially focused on driving a number of restructuring and cost reduction projects. In 2004, he became director of corporate development in EMEA, where he was responsible for Computershare’s M&A strategy across Europe before becoming CFO for the EMEA region and responsible for UK shared services in 2008.

Joe Spadaford

Joe has 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily running large operations departments and businesses. He is certified in Six Sigma, which he applies across business groups to optimize operational efficiencies and maximize resources.

Joe previously served as the chief operating officer of Computershare's equity services business. He joined Computershare in July 2007 from AXA Equitable where he led several strategic process improvement initiatives. Joe is a CPA and has broad expertise in risk management and operational controls.

William Zeller

Bill is the chief legal counsel for Computershare in the U.S. He has more than 25 years of experience in legal and compliance leadership roles.​

He has served as Vice President and General Counsel of Trane Commercial Systems and Head of Global Corporate Finance Compliance for Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. Other previous service include: AIG, Interpublic Group, GE Capital, Chase Manhattan Bank and the law firm of ​Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton.
