The European Prospectus Directive (EUPD) has historically been a barrier to non-European companies offering their stock plans in Europe. In July 2019, the EUPD will be replaced by new regulation which allows non-European companies to rely on the employee share plan exemption. Join us for a discussion of the key changes and what this means in practice.
