Nuplex Industries Limited enters Scheme of Arrangement, first seen in ten years

In 2016 Nuplex Industries Limited, a global manufacturer and distributor of resins, announced that they were entering into a Scheme of Arrangement with Allnex Belgium SA/NV.

This project was successfully managed by our New Zealand team, who processed over 6,900 acceptances totalling 192 million shares, with a value of over $1,000,000,000.

The careful and calculated management that our New Zealand team provided ensured that the first Scheme of Arrangement undertaken in ten years was an efficient, risk-free process.

Meridian Energy Limited successfully completes Instalment Receipt Programme

In May 2015 Meridian Energy Limited, New Zealand’s largest electricity generator, undertook a programme to take receipt of final shareholder funds from shares issued during their IPO in October 2013.

The programme was successfully managed by our New Zealand team, who processed over 48,500 payments covering 99.85% of the total shares on issue in a short timeframe. Computershare’s management of this programme ensured that Meridian shareholders received their final allocation of fully paid ordinary shares.
