Early Careers

Yes4Youth Graduate Programme

In 2023, Computershare achieved a ‘Level 1 Contributor’ rating on the B-BBEE framework (broad-based black economic empowerment) which solidifies our commitment to diversity and team development and our support to community development.

The Yes4Youth Graduate Programme is a business-led collaboration with the government to reduce youth unemployment across private and public sectors in South Africa. More than 250 unemployed young people have joined us to develop new skills and gain meaningful work experience. Once you have completed the programme, you may be given the opportunity of permanent employment with us based on your performance.

If you are South African, between the ages of 18 – 35, you have completed your national diploma or degree and haven't previously been part of another graduate programme, stay tuned for updates on our 2025 graduate programme.
