 Open a Custody and Settlement Account with us

​If you would like to open an account with us, you will find the documents you need below. Our Fact Sheet - Opening a Custody and Settlement Account will tell you all about FICA verification, explain the accounts available and give you other information you need.

Once you have your FICA verification documents, just complete the Custody and Settlement Agreement and click the submit button - don't forget to attach the other documents to the email before you send.

If you have a share certificate, please send us the original together with a copy of your identity document and a covering letter instructing us to dematerialise your shares into the account you have opened electronically. We recommend you use registered mail if you post your share certificate.

  • Update your address
    If you would like to update your address, open the change of address form and completed it.

    If you are using Internet Explorer 9 or above, you can complete the form online and submit automatically by clicking the submit button. If you are using another browser, you will need to download the form onto your system after which you will be able to submit it automatically.

    If you would like to change your banking details, just open the form and as soon as we receive it, we'll update our records.
