We recently hosted clients in Sydney to discuss our secure digital archiving solution. It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase how it’s helping organisations manage, store and retrieve communications more effectively, compliantly and with reduced operational risk. The event also allowed us to capture feedback and insights from clients on what we need to do to continue to build our roadmap for the archiving solution.

Key insights from clients included:

  • a strong interest in the integration of AI into the digital archive to enhance search, summarisation and efficiency
  • a clear need for automated data governance capabilities to reduce risk and improve compliance
  • ongoing interest in exploring cost rationalisation strategies to maximise value

One of the key highlights was a Q&A session with Aware Super’s Raghav Reghuram, who shared valuable insights into their archiving journey – from managing legacy systems to embracing a more secure, scalable solution. Raghav spoke candidly about:

  • the importance of vendor trust and transparency
  • how digital archiving is improving access information across teams
  • why embedding compliance into every step of the data lifecycle is essential in highly regulated industries

A summary has been sent to those who attended. If you’re interested in learning more about the event and outcomes, or would like a copy of the presentation materials, please contact your relationship manager.
