Thank you to everyone who participating in our 2025 client satisfaction survey.

Your feedback plays a vital role in helping us continually improve how we support you.

We're pleased to share overall satisfaction in Australia is on the rise, with our Net Promoter Score (NPS) increasing from 38 to 43. You told us you value the strength of our client relationships, responsiveness of our service teams and support provided by our technology.

It was also great to see a significant uplift in how we're partnering strategically - up from 73% to 89% - highlighting our shared focus on long-term value.

That said, there’s room to improve. Feedback indicated innovation and operational engagement as areas you'd like to see more from us. 

We're already working on several initiatives to better meet these expectations and we'll keep you updated as they roll out.

AND, last, but not least, congratulations to Denver, the winner of our survey prize draw and recipient of a brand new iPAD!
