Members Health Fund Alliance is an industry body representing 24 health insurance funds that are not-for-profit or part of a member-owned group, regional or community based; all of whom share a common cause — members' health, before profit.

Computershare was invited to attend and participate in the Members Health Fund Alliance General Meeting and HAMBS conference in Brisbane this year, with the opportunity to present at the Marketing and Operations Committee meeting.

Represented by Senior Communications Consultant, Christine Barsha, a member of our CommsX team, the presentation focused on how challenging it has become for providers to demonstrate value and retain customers due to:

  • Customers being saturated with communication everyday
  • Loyalty being at an all-time low, and it's never been easier to switch

To overcome these challenges, it's important for providers to rethink and re-adjust how and when they engage by making the most of the moments that matter to customers.

If you're interested in knowing more about CommsX and the value that can be created in your essential communications, please speak with your Computershare team today.
