We’re proud to have come top in 2018’s Capital Analytics
independent benchmarking survey of UK registrars for the fourth year in a row.
What makes this result even more meaningful is that it was voted for by our
clients, who gave us an overall satisfaction score of 96%.
We achieved a Net Promotor Score (NPS), which is an industry
standard for recognising customer loyalty, of 73. That is +24% compared to
Equiniti and +25% compared to Link.
We’re also delighted that not only did we see our best ever
scores, but we came top in all six main service areas assessed in the survey,
scoring 100% in Service to Shareholders and General Meeting Management.
During the last year, we migrated from another registrar to Computershare. Our service has definitely improved significantly as a result of this change.
