Naz Sarkar

Joining us in 2005, Naz is responsible for all Computershare business lines across the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Irish and African regions, as well as the European proxy solicitation operations of Georgeson.

Prior to joining Computershare Naz was with Lloyds Registrars for more than 15 years. He has over 20 years of market experience leading teams across share registration, share dealing and employee equity plans.

Naz is a fully qualified Chartered Secretary, ICSA, ACIS.

James Hood

Joining us in 2000, James is responsible for Finance and other Shared Services for all our business lines across the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Irish and African regions, as well as Continental Europe. In addition James is responsible for the oversight of all Client Assets regulated by the FCA.

James has held a number of regional and global roles at Computershare, including two years based in Melbourne.

Prior to joining Computershare James worked at UBS, Johnson Wax, and Exxon Mobil, in various finance roles.

Jay Foley

Jay Foley is the Managing Director for Computershare’s equity plans business in the EMEA region, based in London.

Jay has worked within equity plan administration services for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Computershare in 2013, Jay worked with Morgan Stanley and Citigroup, in both London and New York. Jay is an active member of the global equity plan community, and is a regular contributor to industry events and forums. He is a board member of the Global Equity Organisation, the leading global industry body.

Jay speaks English and Spanish, and is both a UK and USA citizen. Jay studied in the US at Tulane University in New Orleans, and spent a year studying at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid.

Kevin Firth

Kevin joined Computershare in 2004, moving into his current role in 2015. Kevin is responsible for our share registration service in the UK, Jersey and Ireland.

In his previous role, Kevin led the team that manages the Gilts register on behalf of the UK Debt Management Office, securing a 10 year contract extension in 2015.

Kevin also led a successful bid team to deliver The Deposit Protection Service (The DPS), the first government-approved custodial tenancy deposit protection scheme. Kevin’s team successfully launched The DPS ahead of schedule in April 2007, with the scheme protecting in excess of £1 billion worth of deposits to date.

Prior to Computershare, Kevin worked for the Bank of England for 24 years and had a spell at HM Treasury.

Julian Foster

Julian joined Computershare via the acquisition of HBOS Employee Equity Solutions (EES) in 2009 and is currently responsible for our Voucher Services and Tenancy Deposit Protection business lines.

He is passionate about delivering excellent customer experience, and has a wealth of experience in senior and executive roles responsible for client relationships, commercial strategy, change management, product development and financial planning.

Julian has also played an active role in trying to raise the standards of the childcare voucher provider industry. Julian is on the Board of the Childcare Voucher Providers Association and was responsible for drawing up its Code of Practice for members.

Andrew Jones

Andrew joined Computershare in 2014 as part of the acquisition of Homeloan Management Limited (HML), which has now rebranded as part of the Computershare family. Before taking over as CEO of HML in October 2011, Andrew was Chief Operations Officer responsible for all aspects of operations and IT. Andrew has extensive experience of delivering large-scale business change across mortgage servicing and wider financial services.

During Andrew’s tenure, he has overseen the appointment by the UK government of Computershare Loan Services to service the mortgages of UK Asset Resolution, as well as the decision of several new entrants to choose us as their mortgage servicing partner.

Following the completion of an MBA, Andrew joined Accenture, initially leading a number of IT-enabled change programmes in the automotive industry before moving into financial services (insurance and banking) in the late 90s. Before joining HML in 2006, Andrew spent six years rebuilding National Australia Bank’s UK Insurance business, driving a threefold increase in income and a significant reduction in cost.

Cas Sydorowitz

Cas is responsible for Georgeson’s Northern European Proxy and Corporate Advisory business and has been with Georgeson for over 15 years.

Cas has an expert knowledge of proxy voting mechanics and key governance matters affecting issuers and shareholders globally. Having worked for several activists, and against many more, he has in-depth experience to support investors or issuers in complex, sensitive activist campaigns.

Cas remains an ongoing advisor to the UK Department of Business, Innovations and Skills as well as the UK Takeover Panel and the London Stock Exchange on various corporate actions and proxy-related matters.

Alex Brooks

Alex joined Computershare in 2011 to head up our Communication Services division. With over 15 years’ experience in the marketing and transactional communications industry, Alex has held senior positions in some of the UK’s largest print and mail companies, including Communisis Plc and St Ives Plc.

He has also been responsible for running a marketing solutions operation for Time Warner and set up a creative agency earlier in his career.

Heidi Wilson

Heidi is responsible for our offshore business comprising employee equity plans, share registration, offshore trustee and company secretarial services.

With over 600 clients around the world, we offer expert advice for companies operating in offshore jurisdictions including Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Cayman Islands, Bermuda and the British Virgin Islands.

Heidi has more than 20 years' experience in offshore financial services. Graduating in Law from Kings College London, Heidi spent 13 years with Mourant Equity Compensation Solutions before joining us in 2006.

Sian Yates

Sian Yates joined Computershare in 2016 as the HR Director for the UCI region. She has over 20 years’ experience in financial services organisations, and over 14 years working across the full range of HR specialisms. Sian focuses on driving strategic change and innovation in HR practice.

Prior to Computershare Sian was with Zurich Insurance for over 13 years and, more recently, worked for Conviviality Plc as their Group Reward Manager.
