Prior to joining Computershare, CP was Managing Director, Head of Custody and Fund Services for Citibank’s Securities Services Asia business. CP started his career with Standard Chartered Bank in London and has since lived and worked in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Malaysia and South Africa. He has held significant roles across the financial services sector with Arthur Andersen, McKinsey & Company and DBS Bank.
Phyllis is the Managing Director of Computershare's Registry Services business in Asia, responsible for the provision of registry services to 900 Hong Kong's listed companies and a large number of non-listed entities.
Phyllis joined Computershare in 2007 after successfully managing a number of key registry areas, including client relations and corporate actions, for leading corporations in Hong Kong and China. Prior to joining Computershare, Phyllis worked for HSBC and Standard Chartered banks in their custody and fund services areas, providing securities services to institutional investors.
Phyllis is currently a committee member of the Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute. She also sits on the Uncertificated Securities Market Working Group chaired by the Securities & Futures Commission.
Phyllis has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of London and a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie University.
Jessamine joined Computershare in 2018 and is responsible for IPO services in Asia. Jessamine works closely with investment bankers and lawyers to formulate practical and effective solutions for execution of IPO projects and other capital market transactions. She also plays a critical role in working with other Computershare offices and our Global Capital Markets team to enable cross-border listings and transactions.
Prior to joining Computershare, Jessamine gained extensive IPO execution experience from Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse.
Jessamine holds a Bachelor degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
With 15+years’ experience in the employee share plans industry gained through working experience in the United States, Australia and Hong Kong /China, Seth possesses a deep understanding of global employee compensation trends and the local regulatory challenges involved in effectively administering share awards plans.
Seth is responsible for establishing a business and growing a local employee equity plan management team in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai that now includes a client base of over 160+coporate clients.
Ben Lumley-Smith is our Head of Corporate Trust Services in Asia. Ben holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Economics and Law and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Banking (ACIB) in the UK.
Prior to joining Computershare, Ben headed up Citibank and JP Morgan’s corporate trust business in Asia. With over 20 years of experience working in Asia, Ben has been instrumental in many high-profile capital market transactions across a variety of asset classes, structures and jurisdictions.

Laks joined Georgeson in 2003. He has over 26 years industry experience and owns a Masters degree in Global Finance.
He has been the deputy CEO of Japan Shareholder Services from 2005 to 2015, a joint venture between Computershare and Mitsubishi United Financial Group.
He started his career as Junior Account Executive in 1990 at Morrow & Co. followed by Chase Mellon Shareholder Services, Corporate Investor Communications and Computershare.
Currently Laks is the CEO of Australasia responsible for all Georgeson services across the region overseeing a global staff located across Australia and Asia.
Ying heads up business development and corporate advisory for Georgeson Asia, a Computershare company. She specialises in providing strategic advice to corporate clients on shareholder identification, proxy solicitation and shareholder engagement consultation for corporate actions, privatisation, merger and acquisition, and extraordinary transactions. Prior joining the company, Ying was the Head of JPMorgan’s American Depositary Receipts Division for the China market. Before joining JPMorgan, Ying worked with Computershare HK Investor Services in Hong Kong and the ADR Division of The Bank of New York in New York. Ying received her Master of Business Administration from Fordham University in New York.
Anthea Chan was appointed Chief Financial Officer – Asia in July 2011 and has responsibility for all of Computershare’s Finance functions in Asia. Before taking this role, she was the Financial Controller in Hong Kong. Prior to this, Anthea held various management positons in multinational companies with experience in Hong Kong as well as overseas.
Anthea is a qualified accountant with an Accounting Degree. She has earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from The Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA Program.
