We proudly presented our first hybrid client event on 11 October, the Issuer Update at the Metropol in Zurich.
More than 40 participants were welcomed on site and simultaneously virtually on our shareholder meeting platform.
The event was structured like a hybrid AGM.
A thank you to Ms Daniela von Flüe Bolliger from SwissLegal Ltd speaking about the new stock corporation law and Georgeson for discussing the ESG challenges for Swiss companies.
Our innovative meeting technology ran smoothly at the event.
The virtual participants were able to ask questions in sound and picture, which were broadcasted live into the meeting room.
In addition, all participants took part in a vote. The result was generated live.
