Our management team

Kirsten is the CEO of Computershare issuer services in continental Europe. Prior to this role, she was the head of the Nethelands business. She is part of the Regulatory and Market Initiatives team of Global Capital Markets and the Georgeson Advisory Services team. Kirsten joined Georgeson in 2007 in London and has worked on numerous high profile AGMs and transactions in the Benelux region, including ASM International, ING Group, Shell and Unilever. She regularly consults with clients on Shareholder Meetings across the globe. Her has a strong understanding of EU regulation and expertise in corporate governance and investor matters.

Andreas Müller is the Managing Director of Computershare Schweiz AG. He was previously Head of Share Register at Computershare Switzerland AG (former SIS SAG AG) and as such responsible for all operational processes around share register management and Corporate Actions. Before that, he worked in Income at SIX SIS AG for six years and was responsible for the Swiss and German market as well as the area of Eurobonds. Andreas Müller has a broad knowledge in the Swiss and international custody business and is an expert in regulatory provisions for registered shares and IPOs.
