The first impression counts!
To be able to gain a good picture of you from the beginning your application should not only include a meaningful cover letter and your CV, but also all of your work references and an indication of your educational references. It is important to us to get an understanding of what motivates you and what qualification and experience you bring along. And for sure we want to learn what you expect from your new position and from Computershare as an employer.
The application process
We will notify you when we have received your application. Our HR department will check whether your skills and experience match our requirements and forward your application to the relevant department. Both departments will discuss the best way to fill the vacancy and send an invitation to a meeting. From the initial check of your documents to our decision it will usually take two to three weeks.
At an in-person interview, a member of the HR department and a representative from the relevant specialist department will outline your potential new position and introduce Computershare as an employer. Naturally, you will also have plenty of opportunity to introduce yourself!
If your qualifications have impressed us and the right chemistry exists between you and us, we'll invite you to a second, in-depth interview. At this interview, you'll get to know some more employees from the department and talk to us about the relevant subject in more details.
If you make it through this stage on the road to joining Computershare, there's very little left in your way – in fact, it's time to discuss your contract and sign on the dotted line. There's only one thing left to say after that: welcome to Computershare!
