Optional hands-on GEMS Training Sessions
Optional training sessions on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm can be added for an additional fee.
Training sessions will be available for guests looking to enhance their knowledge of the GEMS portal. The training sessions are divided into modules, making it easier for guests to attend those that interest them the most. The training modules cover a variety of topics, including sessions for:
New clients
Admin users
All user levels
Cancellation policy
Refund amounts are based on when the cancellation is received.
Please note:
- Any cancellations made before August 7, 2026, will receive a 100% refund of the fees paid.
- Between August 8–October 2, 2026, you will receive an 85% refund of the fees paid.
- Cancellations received after October 2, 2026, are not subject to refund.
