The list of sub-processors supporting Computershare’s personal information processing is made available for our clients that have given Computershare general authorisation to engage such sub-processors (please refer to the privacy sections within your contractual terms as may be agreed between us), subject to the Confidentiality Acknowledgement below. Confidentiality Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that:

  1. I am a representative of a Computershare client whose services are subject to privacy legislation and regulation.
  2. I am accessing the list of sub-processors supporting Computershare’s personal information processing on behalf of that Computershare client as a person with a need to know such information.
  3. The list of sub-processors supporting Computershare’s personal information processing is Computershare’s Confidential Information and is subject to confidentiality obligations provided in an agreement between the Computershare client and the relevant Computershare company. The list of sub-processors supporting Computershare’s personal information processing may not be used or disclosed except as provided in that agreement.
  4. Only the lists of sub-processors form part of the service agreement between the Computershare client and the relevant Computershare company.
