ObsEva Ltd: Change from Nasdaq to SIX

ObsEva's ordinary shares were delisted from the Nasdaq Capital Market effective 23 March 2023. As a result, ObsEva's ordinary shares will no longer eligible to settle through the systems operated by "The Depository Trust Company" (DTC).

24 April 2023 was the last day that ObsEva’s ordinary shares traded under CUSIP H5861P103 and ISIN CH0346177709.

As of 25 April 2023, ObsEva's ordinary shares (ISIN CH1260041939) will start trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange under the ticket symbol "OBSN". SIX SIS Ltd will act as Central Securities Depository for ObsEva's ordinary shares.
