Merger of Firmenich and DSM

On 9 May 2023, the merger of DSM and Firmenich and the resulting launch of a new company "DSM-Firmenich" was successfully completed. The shares of DSM-Firmenich Ltd are traded on Euronext Amsterdam. Taking into account the needs of both international and Swiss investors, the shares can be held in a multi-deposit structure at Euroclear Nederland (ISIN CH1216478797) and at SIX SIS (ISIN CH1267772122).

Investors have the option to be registered in the share register maintained by Computershare, which requires the shares to be transferred from Euroclear Nederland to SIX SIS via their financial intermediary. However, for trading on Euronext Amsterdam, the shares must be held and settled via Euroclear Nederland.
