Ben-Waters

We're excited to welcome Ben Waters to Computershare Communication Services Australia as our new Head of Sales & Solutions. Based in Sydney and working across our Camellia and Martin Place offices, Ben joins the business at an exciting time as we continue to invest in innovation, capability, and client outcomes.

Ben brings more than 25 years of experience in the communications and document solutions industry, including senior leadership roles with organisations such as Salmat and FUJIFILM. He also founded and grew Mailforce, a multimillion dollar enterprise with a National client base consisting of QBE and iiNet. Most recently, Ben served as General Manager at Secure Parking, further strengthening his commercial and operational expertise.

His appointment reinforces our commitment to helping clients solve increasingly complex communication challenges through innovative, end-to-end solutions and trusted industry expertise.

As Ben returns to the industry, he brings a wealth of experience, a strong customer focus and a passion for driving growth, innovation, and meaningful outcomes for clients.
