Summer 2026

Welcome back to another edition of our customer newsletter. I’ve got some exciting news to share with you about what we’re doing at Computershare:

  • Check circle iconOur cybersecurity event in Sydney for employees and clients brought home the message that the most important cyber defences are people. Attendees put their skills to the test in an interactive cyber escape room. As a follow-up, we held a virtual session on practical actions to strengthen cyber resilience with Kevin Prior, Chief Information Security Officer for Australia and New Zealand at Computershare, and Justin Steven from Tanto Security.
  • Check circle iconOur latest blog talks about the three challenges facing Australian banks and financial services organisations, and how working with a trusted customer communications partner keeps them compliant and minimises risks. Read it here.
  • Check circle iconWelcome to Ben Waters as our Head of Sales & Solutions. Ben brings a wealth of experience as a sales leader to our business unit. We look forward to Ben driving the next phase of growth for Communications Services.
  • Check circle iconWe’ve received valuable insights from our 2026 Client Satisfaction Survey. Thanks to everyone who shared their thoughts. While there’s a lot we’re doing well, you also told us what we can do better, and we’re taking that to heart.
  • Check circle iconWe’ve got an exciting milestone to announce: Computershare Communication Services received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the recent Tungsten Automation Summit. Awards are always meaningful, but this one is especially important – it recognises the work we’ve done with our clients, and it spurs us on to future successes.

As always, thanks for entrusting your business to us. Until next time,

Matt
