Why accessibility matters

The goal of any employee share plan is participation.

For employees to participate, they need to be able to easily access information, understand what they need to do and complete important tasks independently. When digital experiences become difficult to navigate, participation can suffer.

What we're doing

Accessibility has been part of our ongoing investment in the EquatePlus participant experience for several years.

We've progressively enhanced accessibility across EquatePlus and participant communications and are extending those improvements across EquateMobile.

This work focuses on practical improvements that make a real difference to employees, including:

• logical workflows
• support for keyboard navigation
• compatibility with assistive technologies
• consistent experiences across desktop and mobile devices

Our teams consider accessibility throughout the product development process, from design and content through to development and testing.
