Responsible for implementing measures within the ECCTA, her insights are crucial in understanding the impact of the policy on your industry. Nicola’s experience includes long-standing involvement in company law policy, both as Deputy Bill Manager for the 2022 and 2023 Economic Crime Acts and Policy roles.Luisa Fulci

In Luisa’s previous work at Dudley Council and the Royal Mail, she modernised and led digital services, focusing on customer excellence and achieving strategic outcomes.Joshua Coles

Sitting as the Principal Implementation Advisor within Companies House’s Implementation Unit, Joshua Coles brings superb insights into the implementation of the ECCTA. With a wealth of experience in executing transformational plans and legislative reform, Josh’s previous experience includes being the Senior Operational Leader in the Customer Delivery Directorate with a focus on Persons of Significant Control and Late Filing Penalties.
