Technology to help you manage a successful shareholder meeting

For our recent AGM, we decided to hold the meeting on a hybrid basis, to enable our shareholders to participate in the meeting on remotely. The Computershare team were first class in terms of helping us to understand the Computershare’s Virtual Meeting Solution in advance of the AGM, such that the meeting proceeded extremely smoothly on the day. I would recommend any listed company needing to hold a meeting on a hybrid basis to speak to Computershare about using their platform.

Due to the pandemic, we explored different ways to interact with our shareholders at our AGM and Computershare’s Virtual Meeting Solution was an excellent solution. The system offered the ability to seamlessly integrate with our share register, which meant admission to the meeting for validated shareholders was easy and uncomplicated. Computershare’s technical support were always on hand and provided a first-class service to resolve any questions or uncertainties we had in the run up to the event.
