Heidi manages the Channel Islands business for Computershare. Based in Jersey Heidi originally qualified as an English Solicitor in a city law firm in London before returning to Jersey to specialise in corporate, commercial and trusts law in a Jersey practice later moving to work in-house for a local trust company with a fast growing employee benefit trust business. Heidi has held her current position as Managing Director since 2006 and joined the Computershare group when the trust company was acquired by Computershare in 2010. In addition Heidi is a member of the Board for Computershare’s EMEA Women4Women Network

Sophie is a Fellow of CGI with over 20 years’ experience in financial services and a Jersey based board member.  Sophie has extensive experience in working with clients seeking an IPO and working with companies listed on the London Stock Exchange and other regulated global stock exchanges with overall responsibility for over 200 client relationships.

Dominic has over 25 years’ experience in the employee share plans industry having worked in various administration, commercial, management and sales roles both in Jersey and London. Dominic is responsible for managing clients’ commercial arrangements, new business development and clients’ contractual arrangements as well as the development of additional services across the Jersey Trustee business. Dominic is an expert in the implementation and management of executive and global employee share plans and Employee Share Plan Trusts and is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute.
