If you are a user of Computershare's systems, you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions here. 

If you did not find an answer to your questions, please contact us on +45 4646 0999 on business days between 8 am and 3.30 pm CET.

    1. Click on the link 'Forgot password?' on the login page.
    2. Enter your email address and click 'Send'.
    3. Open your inbox and find the mail from Computershare with the subject 'Confirm password reset'. 
      Tip: If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
    4. Click on the link 'Password reset' in the email. You are redirected to a new web page.
    5. Enter your new password in both fields and click 'Change password'.
    6. Go back to the login page and log in with your username and the new password.
  • If you tried to reset your password but did not receive the 'Password reset' email, it may be because you entered an incorrect email address.

    After you have entered an email address on the 'Forgot password' page, you will see the confirmation page, whether you have entered the correct email address or not. To protect the security of your account, we are unable to confirm whether the email address you entered is registered in our system.

    If you still do not receive the 'Password Reset' email within minutes, try entering an alternate email address to ensure that your account is not associated with another email address.

    If you are sure that you are using the correct email address but still do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

  • You can change your email address under 'Settings' in the upper right corner of the system.

    Click 'Edit' next to your email address and enter the new email address you want to log in with going forward. Confirm the change by entering the verification code which is sent to your old email address.

    You cannot add an email address that is already linked with an existing account. To use an email that is linked to another account, you must either delete the other account or change the email address on that account first.

  • If you do not have access to your old email address, please contact Computerhare.

  • If you have registered your phone number, you will receive verification codes for this number by default. 

    You can edit your phone number under 'Settings' in the upper-right corner of the system. Click 'Edit' next to your phone number and enter the new phone number you want to log in with going forward.

  • Log in with your user credentials, click on 'Resend verification code' and choose to have your verification code sent by email.

  • If you've accidentally deleted the verification code sent to your mobile device, you can click 'Resend verification code' and you will receive a new one.

  • If you are inactive for more than 30 minutes, your user will be logged off the system. Please log in again to access the system.

  • We recommend that you do not use Internet Explorer as it is no longer updated by Microsoft.
  • The verification code you receive via SMS or email is valid for 3 minutes. If you are unable to log in before it expires, you will need to request a new verification code by clicking on 'Resend verification code'.​

  • ​If you are an administrator and have forgotten the link to log on to the system, you can enter your email address on this page. You will then receive an email with the link to your login page.

    We recommend that you save the link under your favorites (bookmarks).

  • If you are a shareholder logging in to the portal for the first time, you will need to order a user login which will be sent to you via ordinary mail to the address registered in your custodian bank. To order a user login, please click the link on the front page of the portal 'Are you a new shareholder? Click here to receive new user details'.
