Marco Schwager is Head of Sales & Business Development as well as Co-Managing Director at Computershare Switzerland. In this role, he is responsible for strategic business development, expanding customer relationships, and positioning the company in the Swiss market. Together with his team, he develops innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of issuers and investors. Previously, Marco Schwager led all operational processes related to the execution of general meetings for seven years as Head of General Meetings. He played a key role in advancing and digitizing this central business area and ensured smooth implementation with his team – from planning to on-site execution. Before joining Computershare, Marco Schwager worked at SIX SIS AG as Deputy Team Leader in the Income/Corporate Actions department, focusing on the US and Canadian markets.

Since 1 July 2025, Chanthara Sihabouth has served as Co-Managing Director for the Swiss business. In his role as Head of Operations & Registry, he oversees operational management and the share register business unit. With more than 18 years of experience in registered shares, capital market transactions, and corporate actions across both Swiss and international markets, his expertise lies in ensuring high-quality client service, implementing technical and regulatory requirements, and developing client-focused solutions. Before assuming his current role, he led the share register business at Computershare for over eight years. Prior to that, Chanthara held various roles at SIX SAG AG for nearly ten years, including in employee share plans, and most recently served as Deputy Head of Registry. Chanthara Sihabouth holds an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in BA.

Mladen Pranjic serves as Head of General Meetings and is responsible for all operational processes related to general meetings. In this role, he leads a dedicated team and ensures that each general meeting is professionally organized and thoroughly prepared to guarantee a smooth execution on site. Prior to his current role, Mr. Pranjic served for seven years as Deputy Head of General Meetings. During this time, he gained valuable experience and developed in-depth expertise in the area of general meetings. His many years of service and close collaboration with key clients have provided him with a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of both clients and shareholders.

As Project Manager and Deputy Head General Meetings, I support our clients in planning and delivering their Annual General Meetings. What matters most to me is building strong relationships through open communication, trust, and a shared goal: delivering a professional and successful AGM. I enjoy working as part of a team, approaching challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, and connecting with people. This energy and team spirit are not only part of my professional life but also define who I am outside of work.

For more than 25 years, I have been part of the company and have witnessed many changes and developments along the way.
