As we continue to reimagine experiences for you and your shareholders, here are two recent innovations.
Investor Centre mobile app
We hope your shareholders are taking advantage of the Investor Centre™ mobile app, available for download from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
The app delivers fast and easy access to the most used features of the Investor Centre platform, right from your shareholders’ mobile phones.
The modern, intuitive dashboard includes price history, recent activity, and a portfolio overview, allowing shareholders to manage investments anytime, anywhere.
Instant digital identity verification enables eligible shareholders to get set up faster, and is supported by Computershare’s robust security standards, including two-factor authentication.
Shareholders can access their tax and DRS statements directly within the app which can help reduce your print and mail costs.
New Investor Centre login experience provides instant access
As part of our commitment to deliver the best service in the industry, we are enhancing the security and functionality of the Investor Centre platform, starting with a new login experience. Here is what your shareholders need to know.
Current users – Enter their existing username and password on the new login screen. Users already enrolled in two-factor authentication will use their mobile number. Soon, two-factor authentication will be required for all users.
New users – Register within the platform through an intuitive and secure identity verification process, enabling more users to gain immediate access. Should an individual experience challenges with gaining online access, we have processes in place to support them.
We are confident your shareholders will appreciate the ease of use and added security of the Investor Centre mobile app and updated Investor Centre login experience. We will continue to update our technology and service offerings based on shareholder feedback.
