Michael Kjøller-Petersen blev udnævnt til administrerende direktør for Computershare A/S i 2009 efter opkøbet af den danske ejerbogsfører og aktielønsleverandør, I-NVESTOR.
I 2003 var Michael medstifter af OptionDirect, som blev købt af I-NVESTOR i 2006, og som blev den førende leverandør af systemer til håndtering af aktielønsordninger.
Som administrerende direktør for Computershare A/S er Michael bl.a. ansvarlig for ejerbogsføring og aktieløn. Med hans indgående kendskab til det nordiske børsmarked, har han med succes opbygget langsigtede relationer til en lang række børsnoterede selskaber, som han rådgiver inden for investor relations, markedsudvikling og corporate actions.
Michael har en kandidatgrad i Business Administration & Commercial Law fra CBS.

Kirsten joined the Computershare business in 2007 as an Account Manager at Georgeson in London. After relocating to the Netherlands, she led Georgeson’s Benelux team on numerous transactions, activist situations, and shareholder meetings for companies such as ASM International, ING Group, Philips, and Shell. She has had key involvement in a number of high-profile M&A transactions.
In 2009, Kirsten took on the role of Managing Director Netherlands at Computershare, extending the local footprint and participating in various shareholder meetings, employee share plan roll-outs, and class action litigations.
After her tenure in growing the Benelux business, Kirsten assumed responsibility for Computershare Shareholder Meetings globally within the company and was appointed the Head of Continental Europe, covering seven country organizations in 2022.
Since the beginning of 2025, Kirsten has been leading the new Investor Engagement business in Computershare Issuer Services, integrating Georgeson with the recently acquired companies CMi2i and ingage.
