After more than 18 successful years at Computershare, our Managing Director, Andreas Müller has decided to leave the company at the end of June 2025. During his tenure, he played a key role in driving important initiatives – including the digitization of our services and the successful integration of new entities. We sincerely thank him for his dedication, leadership, and trust, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
Effective 1 July 2025, the strategic and operational leadership of Computershare Switzerland has been jointly assumed by Marco Schwager, Head of Sales and Business Development, and Chanthara Sihabouth, Head of Operations and Registry.
With his extensive experience and a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, Marco Schwager will continue to stay closely aligned with developments in the industry while remaining deeply connected to both our clients and employees.

As part of the new organizational structure, Mladen Pranjic has taken on the role of Head of General Meetings. Having served for many years as Deputy Head, he has been a key member of the team and brings extensive experience, strong reliability, and deep expertise. We are pleased to appoint an internal leader to this important position – someone who not only knows our culture well but has also played a part in shaping it.
This transition presents a valuable opportunity to sharpen our structure, bring new energy, and further strengthen our position in the Swiss market – with a clear focus on meeting the expectations of our clients, both locally and globally.
We thank our clients, partners, and employees for their ongoing trust and support, and we look forward to a successful future together.
