If you are in a situation where you have less than 25 days in advance of your record date to start the requirements under National Instrument 54-101, there are options available to abridge the timing of your Notification and Meeting and Record Dates and request beneficial ownership information.
Please note that if you are utlizing Notice & Access for the first time you will be unable to use the abridging time option.
