Meridian Energy Limited successfully completes Installment Receipt Programme

In May 2015 Meridian Energy Limited, New Zealand’s largest electricity generator, undertook a programme to take receipt of final shareholder funds from shares issued during their IPO in October 2013.

The programme was successfully managed by Computershare, who processed over 48,500 payments covering 99.85% of the total shares on issue in a short timeframe. Computershare’s management of this programme ensured that Meridian shareholders received their final allocation of fully paid ordinary shares.
