When we develop your plan, together we'll specify all the different reports you'll need around contributions, sales, transfers, tax, and more. We'll build the reports and publish them to your online portal at the frequency you set.

  • Managing payroll deductions and withholding tax
    We’ll work directly with your payroll teams to coordinate payroll deductions and plan contributions. We can calculate withholding tax and route those funds anywhere around the world.
  • Managing designated persons and leavers
    Your designated persons will be restricted from trading at certain points in your calendar. We can apply and enforce these blackout periods for you. We’ll also look after participants when they leave so they have a clear understanding of the options available to them.
  • Compliant solutions to hold and trade shares
    Post-vesting, your employees may choose to hold onto their shares. Our global nominee service gives you a compliant solution for any jurisdiction where you have participants. Your employees will be able to manage these shares via our dedicated portal, Employee Online.
  • Supporting meetings and dividends
    Depending on your plan design, participants may be able to vote at your general meetings and receive dividends. We'll manage these events end-to-end, including all communications, votes, payments and reinvestments.
