During the pandemic, Computershare is doing everything it can to ensure the safety of our staff and others while mitigating any impact on our operations and preventing interruption to the delivery of our services. We take operational resilience seriously, and our business continuity processes prepare us for a variety of potential scenarios, including pandemics. Our pandemic plan and other relevant areas of our business continuity plans were implemented globally in early 2020 and have helped guide our approach since.

Around the world we currently have alternative working arrangements in place, including:

    • Remote working (working from home), including flexible working options

    • Social distancing and frequent cleaning for any staff that do attend an office and self-quarantine orders in line with local government requirements

    • The ability to transfer work to alternate locations as appropriate

We are taking other sensible precautions, including the suspension of business travel (domestic, international and inter-office) and engaging with our suppliers to understand how they are affected by the pandemic.

We're also conducting regular internal communication programmes to ensure our staff is fully aware of relevant developments and informed about the pandemic, including how Computershare is managing its impact. We're also ensuring all staff members have access to the support they need to help manage any personal impact of the pandemic.
