Our client satisfaction survey results are in

A big thank you to everyone who took part in our annual client satisfaction survey, designed to ask you, our Voucher Services and Salary Extras clients, what you think of our service.

We're delighted with our most recent Net Promoter Score (NPS) for Voucher Services of 62 – our highest yet! As you can see from the chart below, our score has risen by 43 points since 2011, which shows how highly you rate our service. Don't just take our word for it…

As an employer the service we receive from Computershare is excellent. There have been many changes to the voucher legislation over the last few months and Computershare always respond to my queries quickly and efficiently. They are very knowledgeable and keep us updated at all times.”  Oxford University

We've also been measuring the NPS for clients using our Salary Extras platform and taking additional employee benefits from us. We're pleased to say this has grown from 21 to 44!

Our combined score is 58, up by eight points from last year, and while we're moving in the right direction we're not going to stop there. Using your feedback we're continually looking to improve and refine our service - making sure we deliver excellent customer service and first-time issue resolution is at the heart of what we do.

Supporting carers in the workplace

It’s estimated that three million people juggle work while caring for others, and nearly a third (32%) of them feel lonely or isolated at work. Yet it remains a relatively hidden issue, because of the unique challenges these employees face while juggling work and care duties. It can be very difficult for carers to find the time to look after their own health and well-being, often reporting worsened mental and physical health. To find out how you can spot the signs and support your carers in the workplace, visit the Carers Week website.

Tax-Free Childcare - your latest update

There’s still time to register parents on your childcare voucher scheme before October

It's been confirmed that childcare voucher schemes will close to new entrants on 4 October 2018. Don't miss the chance to help your working parents with their childcare costs by driving parent uptake of the scheme now, and at the same time maximise your Employer's NI savings.

There will be a last minute rush, so start planning now! Ahead of the original April deadline we saw:

*Whose eligibility for childcare vouchers was due to lapse.

Here are a few things you can do now…

> Download our survey toolkit and send it out to staff. It will raise awareness of the childcare voucher scheme amongst your employees and help drive new scheme registrations ahead of the deadline. It will also help inform your HR policies that support working parents and/or those with elder care responsibilities

> Tell your employees the last payroll cut-off dates, so they receive a childcare voucher by 4 October

> Tell parents whose eligibility for the childcare voucher scheme has lapsed ie, it’s more than 12 months since their last order, they need to receive a voucher by 4 October to remain on the scheme

> Contact parents who are currently on maternity/paternity leave and offer them the chance to receive a childcare voucher* as part of a Keep in Touch (KIT) day, or use a day’s annual leave. This can be for as little as £20.

Here’s something to do nearer the time…

> Place an additional order for any parents who have missed the payroll cut-off date. We processed 650 additional orders ahead of the original April deadline.

* Parents who aren’t currently on the scheme need to receive a voucher by 4 October.
Parents who are already on the scheme need to receive a voucher in every rolling 12 month period to remain eligible
