Beginning earlier this month, qualified callers have been offered an option to use our new Premium Transfer Assistance when they are making a transfer request. Callers who elect to use this service will be assigned to a personal case manager who will assist them through the transfer process.

All shareholders will continue to have available to them the self-service options found online or through our automated voice system, but our research has shown that there are others who prefer assistance throughout the process – either out of convenience or due to the complexity of their transactions.

This optional service is available to U.S. registered holders and legal representatives of U.S.-domiciled accounts. The cost for the service is $50, which is charged to the holder's credit card. Clients will not incur any additional fees for this shareholder service.

Qualifying users of the Premium Transfer Assistance service will also be offered the option of using Computershare's medallion signature guarantee waiver alternative (at a discounted rate), which offers an additional level of convenience. Additionally, transfer requests made by legal representatives of a deceased holder's account may replace unpresented checks into the name of the new registration for an additional fee of $35 (up to $2,000 in cumulative value).

Computershare clients who have questions about this new service are encouraged to reach out to their relationship manager for more information.
