The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requires that all firms must publish a summary of their complaints data if they receive more than 500 complaints in a six month period.
In accordance with these requirements, we have set out the relevant data for reportable complaints received by Topaz Finance Limited in the period 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023.
