Exploring diversity and equality
With gender pay gap reporting coming into effect from April 2017, we wanted to host an event to focus on diversity and equality issues in the industry.
That's why we held a briefing and networking event in March, where our panel of expert speakers examined issues including:
- gender pay reporting, and considerations relating to employee equity plans
- the Davies Review
- diversity and reward in the boardroom
We were delighted to see over 40 attendees at our first 3:60 Briefing event, with many of them staying after the presentations to carry on the conversation.
