We want to make a difference

It’s important to us that we give back. We use our scale and reach to create a positive change in the communities we work in, both locally and further afield.

In 2006 we launched our Change A Life initiative which funds projects that address poverty and empower communities. We’ve raised over £250,000 in the last year alone to support these projects around the world.

In Bristol, we run Reading and Number Buddies programmes, where colleagues travel to local primary schools and offer sessions to young people. These sessions help children improve their literacy and numeracy skills and support them in their studies.

We also run environmental and community initiatives including an annual company ‘green ideas’ competition, allotments and beehives in Bristol, supporting local homeless charities, free employee bus and car share scheme in Bristol and tax-free bikes and safety equipment.

It's more than just a job
