On Sunday 21 January 2018, Computershare’s running team celebrated their success under the arch at the finish line of Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon, Hong Kong's largest participatory annual sporting event, organised by the Hong Kong Amateur Athletic Association.
In response to the theme “Together, We Run Further”, 18 runners from different departments earned a place in the competition, with two running in the full marathon, three in the half marathon and 13 in the 10KM race. HK$10,000 was raised for Seeing is Believing by Project Orbis and The Hong Kong Paralympic Committee & Sports Association for the Physically Disabled, two selected beneficiaries of the Marathon Charity Programme.
