Computershare participated in the 20th annual Governance Professionals of Canada (GPC) Corporate Governance Conference, August 19 to 22, 2018, at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, BC.
Celebrating its 20th year, the theme focused on the evolution of the governance professional over the past two decades. The conference brought together about 400 participants from all across Canada and featured expert panels, workshops and breakout sessions on the biggest issues in the ever-changing corporate governance landscape.
Computershare had a large team of attendees from Investor Services and Governance Services. We were pleased to see many clients stop by our booth, and met new people as well. Many were interested in demos of our BoardWorks portal that offers boards a secure, convenient and cost-saving platform for exchanging materials.
