William Stuart Crosby

Chief Executive Officer

Stuart Crosby was appointed Chief Executive Officer and President of the Computershare Group in November 2006. He joined Computershare in 1999 as a strategic business development manager and, in that role, worked to build the Group's interests in Continental Europe and Asia. In 2002, he was appointed Group Managing Director - Asia Pacific, responsible for operations in Australia, New Zealand, India and Hong Kong and, in 2005, he was appointed the Group's Chief Operating Officer.
 
Prior to joining Computershare, Stuart was the National Head of Listings at the ASX, and worked for the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, heading its intermediary licensing division and later as a director of enforcement.
 
Stuart is a member of the Nomination Committee and the Acquisitions Committee.
 
He is based in Melbourne.

Scott Cameron

Group Regional Director

Australia & New Zealand
 
 
Prior to his appointment in 2011 as Group Regional Director for Australia and New Zealand, Scott was Chief Financial Officer for Computershare's Australasian and Asian regions.  Scott is responsible for the company's businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
 
Scott Cameron was appointed Group Regional Director for Australia & New Zealand in July 2011.  In his current role Scott has oversight for the management, strategy and growth for all of Computershare’s businesses in the Australian and New Zealand markets. 
Scott joined Computershare in 2005 as Global Tax & Accounting Manager and in that role he was involved in a number of Computershare’s global acquisitions.  In 2008 Scott was appointed Chief Financial Officer for Australia, New Zealand & Asia, and had full responsibility for the financial management of, and providing financial support to, the Computershare businesses operating in those regions.  Prior to joining Computershare Scott was a Partner at Ernst & Young.

Greg Dooley

Managing Director

Computershare Investor Services and Fund Services
 
 
Greg Dooley is the Managing Director of Computershare's Investor Services and Fund Services divisions in Australia, responsible for the provision of registry services to nearly half of Australia's listed companies as well as a large number of non-listed entities.
 
Joining Computershare in 2001 as the New South Wales General Manager, Greg has successfully managed a number of key registry areas including client relations and corporate actions for some of Australia's leading corporations.
 
Prior to commencing with Computershare, Greg spent 11 years at Bankers Trust where he held a variety of senior management roles spanning share registry, IT and funds management.

Matthew Garvan

Matthew will draw on his extensive 16-year industry experience gained from his previous role as the General Manager of Computershare Investor Services in NSW, including a year spent working in Computershare's UK office, to ensure that high-quality advice and solutions are delivered to all clients.
 
Matthew has occupied a range of operational and client-facing roles over the years with proven track record in delivering value to the clients and staff he has managed. He has worked for many major public companies and will ensure that effective employee share plan strategies are developed and implemented for clients that include BHP Billiton, AMP, ANZ, Myer and National Australia Bank.

David Hynes

Managing Director (Australia) and Global Chairman

David is the Global Chairman of the Communication Services business and has recently taken on the role of Managing Director for Australia. David is a printer by trade and an entrepreneur in spirit. David founded Chelsea Images in 1989, which was subsequently acquired by Computershare (Australia) in 2000. Over the past 12 years David has grown the Communication Services business around the globe and has lead our strategy for high quality services, plus innovative and sustainable multi-channel communications and business process outsourcing solutions.
 
David is a straight talker and a leader with a passion for the Communication Services business and the industry he has led for more than 20 years. David's deep knowledge of our people, products, services, and his insight into the future of communication services will enable him to grow a successful customer-focused organisation built on service, quality and innovation.

As Managing Director of Georgeson, Ryan specialises in providing strategic advice and execution services for takeovers, mergers, corporate restructures, demutualisations, capital raisings and other extraordinary transactions.
 

Since joining Georgeson in February 2002, Ryan has managed many high profile takeovers and schemes including St George's merger with Westpac, Manchester Unity's merger with HCF, Coles' merger with Wesfarmers, nib's demutualisation, Suncorp's merger with Promina, APA's bid for Qantas and Toll's takeover of Patrick. Other transactions managed include WMC's defence of Xstrata's bid, Tabcorp's bid for TAB and Woolworth's bid for ALH.

Roslyn Brierley

General Manager, Human Resources

Roslyn Brierley was appointed General Manager – Human Resources, Computershare in October 2010. She previously held various general management and senior roles within Computershare, having been with the company since 1987 and having worked in several locations in Australia and overseas.
 
Roslyn is passionate about gaining the best outcome for customers and stakeholders through leadership of individuals and teams and applying best practice in people management. She has national responsibility for all facets of Human Resources and Learning and Development.

Hilton Galgut

Hilton Galgut joined Computershare in 2003. Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer of Computershare's Australian and New Zealand regions in 2011, Hilton was the Financial Controller for the region and also held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Global Technology company for two years.
 
Prior to commencing with Computershare, Hilton began his career at Grant Thornton South Africa and then spent 7 years in various financial management roles in the recruitment industry in South Africa and Australia.

Graham Giannini

Director of Operations

Graham is responsible for providing operational services for Computershare's businesses. Services within Operations' mandate include enquiry handling through all customer communication channels (telephone/IVR, web/email, written/forms), as well as all transaction execution services including mailroom, scanning and imaging, data keying and validating as well as other back-office processing.
 
Graham is passionate about customer service, having successfully led sizeable customer service units within the financial services industry for the last 25 years. His role is to ensure Computershare provides outstanding, reliable and value for money service to customers at all times. Graham also takes a leadership role across Computershare's global Operations units.

Dominic Horsley

Chief Legal Counsel - Asia Pacific & Group Company Secretary

Dominic is responsible for the provision of legal and compliance services for Computershare's operations in Australia and New Zealand.  He is also the Group Company Secretary.
 
Dominic joined Computershare in 2006,  having previously worked for one of Asia Pacific's leading law firms and at an Australian based software and services supplier.

Genevieve Reid

Genevieve Reid joined Computershare in 2009 as Director Sales and Marketing for our Australian and New Zealand operations. Her key responsibilities include leadership and strategic management of new product development, marketing, communications and all sales activities for the region.
 
Genevieve has over 20 years experience in driving profitable business growth and delivering insightful communications to key stakeholder groups, valued clients and prospects, across a range of industry verticals; having worked in senior management roles most recently with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
 
Genevieve is a Director of ShareGift Australia.

Glenn Seaye

Glenn Seaye is the Managing Director of Computershare Technology Services in the Oceania region and has been with Computershare for over ten years.
 
Glenn has 20 years of experience within the information technology services space, primarily consulting on behalf of global Software Vendors. Glenn's roles have focused on the development and deployment of Software Solutions spanning several industries including: Aerospace and Defence, Banking, Insurance and Government. 
 
Glenn joined Computershare in 2001 and has been extensively involved in the successful standardisation and subsequent deployment of software solutions globally, covering all major company groups.
 
In his current role, Glenn leads a division that comprises several hundred technical and support staff (based in Sydney and Melbourne) responsible for development for the Computershare Oceania group of companies.
